Our Springdale Lacrosse Team is now #1 in the state of Arkansas after their defeat of Bentonville last Thursday! The team has won 11 straight games. They will have their last regular season game this Thursday night against #4 Fayetteville @ 7:30 pm at Greenland High School's football field. They would love to have your support at this game as we make our push towards the playoffs and state championship. Springdale High School students observe and assist Dr. Michael Lunsford with Lunsford Veterinary Care Center perform fertility testing and bovine trichomoniasis testing on two bulls. Students observed the semen collection process and observed sperm count and motility under a microscope to determine if the bulls are in good condition for breeding.

Tonya Martin’s fourth-grade class at Parson Hills Elementary School worked with STEM specialist Julie Crane April 27 to code with microbits! The class is reading “My Life as a Coder” and is using the opportunity to integrate literacy standards and STEM education. Students studied binary code and refined their block coding skills to prepare for the lesson! #SpringdaleFamily
