"The Springdale Senior Center Silver Sneakers exercise group on Tuesday gifted each student of Sally Ratcliff’s second-grade class at Monitor Elementary School with a free pair of shoes and two pairs of socks. The group decided to give students the shoes after sharing memories of how they received shoes as Easter gifts as children."

Wednesday March 29th, 16 health students from Central and Southwest Junior Highs attended a field trip to the district's Treehouse Pantry. Students learned about the services the staff at the pantry provide and all of the wonderful school/food supplies they have for Springdale families. Over 1800 individual food products were marked and reorganized by our volunteers in under 3 hours. Check out the photos and quotes below! "This is what it's like to volunteer at a nonprofit? I'm getting my friends and family involved. This is fun!" "Whoa! Look at all those boxes and cans! I had no idea that there was a place with so many supplies for students like us." "Can we come back? I want to do this again!"
